She is the creator of the proprietary Vault-Space Operating Model™ (VSOM), an enterprise framework that integrates smart locker technology with operational governance, workforce strategy, standard operating procedures, and recurring managed services. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise knowledge systems, process improvement, governance, and technology-enabled business operations, Yolanda recognized that the true value of a smart locker ecosystem extends far beyond the hardware. While connected lockers generate millions of operational data points, their greatest value lies in transforming that information into actionable intelligence that improves decision-making, operational efficiency, customer experience, and institutional performance.

To achieve this vision, she developed Operational Intelligence & Knowledge Assets (OIKA™)—Vault-Space's proprietary strategic framework for converting operational data into organizational intelligence, reusable business knowledge, and proprietary intellectual property.

She holds two certificates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management in Machine Learning in Business and MIT Artificial Intelligence Implications for Business Strategy. She is also a McKinsey & Company Connected Leadership Academy graduate, knowledge in Ability to Execute (A2E) studies focused in Business Strategy and Problem Solving. In addition, she also has concentration in SAFe(6.0).
